Scope
Mopbe means Making Operations Better. It is a software product, not a separate legal entity, and is part of the EVDATI All-in-One Business Ecosystem. It may be purchased and used as a standalone product/module or with separately identified EVDATI services. Buying Mopbe does not require purchasing the ecosystem or grant rights to unrelated products; buying another product does not include Mopbe unless the applicable agreement says so.
Permitted use
Use only purchased functionality, authorized accounts and lawful business data. Respect location/brand scope, others’ privacy, intellectual property and confidentiality. Keep test/demo environments free of real sensitive records unless expressly approved.
Prohibited conduct
Do not bypass authentication, access another organization’s data, distribute malware, probe without authorization, overload services, scrape protected content, evade usage limits, misuse credentials, falsify records, send unlawful messages or upload illegal/infringing material. Do not use AI/OCR to impersonate others, execute unlawful discrimination or make unsupported high-impact decisions.
Sensitive uses
Do not submit biometrics, health records, government identifiers, full card data or other sensitive categories without a specifically supported lawful purpose and approved controls. The platform is not an emergency or safety-critical system.
Enforcement
Report suspected misuse to support@evdati.com. EVDATI may investigate and proportionately restrict affected access to protect services or comply with law, preserve relevant evidence and offer remediation where safe. Enforcement does not change lawful export rights or excuse indefinite unrelated retention.
