Scope
Mopbe means Making Operations Better. It is a software product, not a separate legal entity, and is part of the EVDATI All-in-One Business Ecosystem. It may be purchased and used as a standalone product/module or with separately identified EVDATI services. Buying Mopbe does not require purchasing the ecosystem or grant rights to unrelated products; buying another product does not include Mopbe unless the applicable agreement says so.
Electronic records
Where applicable and accepted, agreements, notices, invoices and account communications may be delivered electronically. Maintain a working email address and a browser capable of displaying, saving and printing records. Keep copies of accepted documents and orders.
Affirmative acceptance
Contract acceptance must be an unchecked affirmative control with clickable Terms and Privacy, identifying purchased product/module and contracting entity. Record the actual accepted agreement/version, server timestamp, user, organization, product/subscription, entity and event. Viewing a document or submitting an inquiry alone is not acceptance of a subscription.
Choices
Request paper or accessible copies and ask about withdrawing electronic-delivery consent at support@evdati.com. Explain any delivery fees or service consequences before they apply. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful acceptance. Statutory consumer e-sign disclosures, hardware requirements and rights must be reviewed for applicable jurisdictions before consumer-facing electronic transactions.
Implementation status
The owner approved this Legal Center effective September 27, 2026. Test-mode signup and checkout preserve explicit acceptance evidence; live purchasing remains disabled. Existing accounts are not retroactively marked as accepting these terms. Signing in alone does not establish acceptance.
