Ownership
Mopbe means Making Operations Better. It is a software product, not a separate legal entity, and is part of the EVDATI All-in-One Business Ecosystem. It may be purchased and used as a standalone product/module or with separately identified EVDATI services. Buying Mopbe does not require purchasing the ecosystem or grant rights to unrelated products; buying another product does not include Mopbe unless the applicable agreement says so.
Customer retains ownership of its Customer Data, including recipes, invoices, vendors, products, inventory, operational and sales records, uploaded files and, where supported, personnel, applicant, scheduling and timekeeping information. Customer grants EVDATI a limited license to host, copy, transmit and process that data only as necessary to provide, secure, support and improve purchased services under the agreement, Privacy Policy, DPA and law. This is not a transfer of ownership or an unrestricted right to commercialize proprietary information.
EVDATI retains rights in its software, architecture, source code, algorithms, interfaces, designs, documentation, APIs and proprietary workflows and improvements. Third-party/open-source rights remain with their owners. No registered-trademark status is claimed by use of a brand name.
Feedback
Voluntary product feedback may be used to improve services without obligation, but does not assign Customer Data, confidential recipes or personal information to EVDATI. Do not include third-party confidential information in unsolicited suggestions.
Reports
Send an infringement report to support@evdati.com identifying the protected work, complained-of material and its location, your contact details, authority and good-faith basis. Provide only necessary information. EVDATI may investigate, restrict material and seek clarification or a response consistent with law.
Formal notice process
Operating locations: Orlando, Florida, United States and Kingston, Jamaica. [LEGAL/OPERATIONAL CONFIRMATION REQUIRED]: U.S. designated-agent registration, statutory notice/counter-notice requirements, applicable Jamaican process and repeat-infringer procedure. No registered DMCA-agent status is represented. Preserve mandatory lawful-use and contest rights.
